People liked Edgar’s Big Taco so much that we opened a second location, and started a food truck to bring the food to the people. Delicious food made with fresh ingredients. From street tacos to tortas, all of our food has that homemade feel like mama made it.

Our restaurant is located in Kilgore, TX, while our food truck travels around to bring our tacos closer to you. We offer Dine-in and takeout for all of our dishes made to feel like home.
